Euticals S.p.A. is a privately owned company acting as a fully integrated Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO).
Established in 1984, Euticals has concluded a number of acquisitions, including Polichimica in 2010 and Archimica in 2011.
The Company currently develops, manufactures and sells APIs, pharmaceutical chemical intermediates and nutraceuticals in several therapeutic areas including CNS, antibacterial, immunology and oncology through 4 FDA certified in Italy.
In February 2011 Euticals, through a reserved capital increase, acquired 100% interest in Archimica, a group active in the production of APIs and reagents for the pharmaceutical industry. With 6 plants certified and located in Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain and the United States, Archimica has an established position in the world and develops its revenue mainly with large pharmaceutical companies on a global basis.
